Creativity is ingrained in our culture.Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence beyond immediate work team.Outstanding project / time management skills, and ability to deliver upon agreed deadlines once given the high-level spec/objectives.Excellent business writing, written and verbalcommunication & presentation skills, and an ability to present ideas with clarity and force.Strong comfort working in a cross-functional environment.3+ years' Demonstrated experience in sales enablement, enablement, or training.Required on-site in Baltimore 4 days a week.University degree in commerce, business administration, or adult education, or equivalent experience.Maintain enablement assets, sales tools and courses using Sales Enablement (HighSpot) and LMS platforms.Coach participants through the program, providing the tools they need to achieve success.Facilitate and execute instructor-led training sessions for new sales, sales development and customer support representatives, leveraging existing internal subject matter experts when required.Collaborate with other departments to develop sales enablement assets and productivity tools.Program management: register participants, coordinate sessions, review activity submissions and report on participant progress and performance.Program design: customize existing SDR, Seller and Support enablement programs to effectively onboard program participants, including structure and content, in collaboration with other departments and 3 rd parties.Customer Support agents will also be placed within the Diligent Customer Success organization upon successful completion of the program. A key objective of this role is to prepare new Sales Development Representatives and Inside Sales professionals for full, quota-carrying roles within commercial teams at Diligent after graduating from the incubation program that the successful candidate will execute. In this role, you will deliver existing programs, develop role-based tools and facilitate in-person training and coaching sessions.
